we believe
There is One God and He reveals Himself in three Persons. They are the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. [Genesis 1:1,2,26; Deuteronomy 6:4; Proverbs 30:4; Matthew 3:16,17; John 14:26; and others]
Jesus Christ of Nazareth is both God and Man. He is known throughout the Scripture as the Son of God and the Son of Man. He is both Divine and Human. Therefore, we believe that He is God who came in the flesh to reveal the Father’s heart of redemption for the whole world. He is, therefore, the only mediator between God and man. [Daniel 3:25; Matthew 8:20,29; Matthew 14:33; Luke 1:26-38; John 1:1,14; John 14:1-3; Matthew 12:32; 1 Timothy 2:5 and many others]
Every human is born into sin, and is, therefore, considered to be a sinner by God and separated from Him. We also believe that because of the sin nature in every person they are incapable of living life free from sin. Therefore, every person is in bondage to sin. Man without God is lost and undone, without God, and / or hope in this world, and in desperate need for a Savior. [Psalm 51:5; Romans 3:10,19-26; Romans 6:6,16-18,23; Galatians 3:22-26; Ephesians 2:1,2,12]
The only way for mankind to be reconciled to God is through a personal faith in, and relationship with His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. This can only be achieved by faith, but is proven out by the fruit of good works. The redeemed of the Lord will spend eternity with Him in heaven, and the accursed [those who rejected God’s free gift of life] will spend eternity separated from Him in hell. [Isaiah 59:2; Romans 6:23; Ephesians 2:8,9; James 2:14-26; Romans 4:1-8; Romans 5:1,2; John 14:15,24 and others]
Salvation was not intended to get us to a place called heaven. Salvation is to get us into God’s kingdom so that God can get heaven to earth through us.
In the saving (Greek-sozo – forgiving, healing, and delivering) power of the blood of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. We believe in His imputed righteousness and wholeness to everyone who will believe in, adhere to, rely on, and places their complete trust in Him. [Romans 10:9,10; Romans 5:1-11; Ephesians 3:1-15a; 1Peter 1:18,19; Acts 4:10,12; 1 Thessalonians 5:23]
The Baptism in the Holy Spirit, Who is the third Person of the triune Godhead. We believe in His work involving conversion, regeneration, and sanctification, and gifting. His work includes, but is not limited to, convicting of sin, righteousness, and judgment. He leads the believer into all truth. He reminds believers of things that Christ has spoken to them. He releases spiritual gifts to the believers as He wills. He empowers believers to be witnesses of Christ and continues to do the works that Jesus did while He was on the earth in human form. He glorifies Jesus by taking what is His and giving it to us. He searches the deep things of God. He prays for us when we do not know how to pray. We believe the evidence a person has been baptized in the Holy Spirit is that he or she will have been endued with power from heaven. [John 14, 16; Acts 1:8; Romans 8:26-27; 1 Corinthians 12, 14]
We believe that the Baptism in the Holy Spirit, with the evidence of speaking in other (unknown/unlearned) tongues, is for every born again believer in the Lord Jesus Christ who will ask for and receive them by faith. We do not believe that a person has to speak in other tongues, but we do encourage every person to speak in other tongues as often as they can. The baptism in the Spirit is a separate gift from God and was taught by Jesus Himself. [Luke 11:9-13; 24:49-53; John 14:26; John 16:8,13,14; 20:19-22; Acts 1:5,8; Acts 2:1-11; Acts 4:31; Acts 8:14-18; Acts 10:34-48; Acts 11:16; Acts 19:1-7; Romans 8:26-27; 1 Corinthians 2:10; 12 & 14; Hebrews 2:4 Amplified Bible]
In the sanctifying work of the Holy Spirit that begins the moment a person is born again by the Spirit of God. We believe this is a life long process, and is greatly helped when the person cooperates with the working of the Spirit. We believe that God is committed to complete every work that He begins in the life of the believer. We believe that every believer should seek to live a life worthy of the calling with which he or she has been called in order to bring glory and honor to the Lord Jesus Christ. [John 16:7-11; Romans 12:1-3; 1 Corinthians 3:16-18; 1 Corinthians 6:19,20; 1Peter 1:16; Philippians 1:27; Ephesians 4:1; Philippians 2:13; Philippians 1:6]
The saved and the lost will be physically raised from the dead. Those who are saved unto the resurrection of life, and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
The 5-fold gift offices that Christ gave to His Church should be recognized, honored, accepted and implemented into the life of local churches. The apostle Paul made it very clear that Christ gave these grace gifts to His Church to equip the individual members for service in the Kingdom of God. This equipping will result in many positive things in the life of the believer and the church. One of the most significant results will be maturity and conformity to the life and ministry of Jesus, the Head of the Church. [Ephesians 4:11-16; 1 Corinthians 12:28]

- Perfection is possible or Jesus would have never said to become like our perfect Father
- Gifting without Godly character is futile
- Change without transformation is unacceptable
- Staying the same is not an option

- Train commandos, not committees
- Live for generations we may never see
- Never compromise our core values at the altar of expediency, or to please those who refuse to live the genuine Christian life of purity and power
- Sacrificially obey God at all costs
- Only give to God what has cost us something
- Be reformers and revolutionaries
- Redefine what normal Christianity is
These decisions are not destinations – they are journeys, journeys along an ancient path. We have not found some new way – We have discovered the path as old as Enoch, Noah, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. The same path Moses, Joshua, Caleb and David followed. The path followed by the first century church – Peter, John, Paul and others less known. Theirs was a church that revolutionized the culture of their day, and beyond.
This path will impact our world. It is a path of bold faith – believing what God says is really true, and acting on it. It is a path of outrageous generosity with our time, talents and finances – giving our life away in order to demonstrate His Kingdom. It is a path of radical love – loving God with everything in us and our neighbor as ourselves. This is a path of liberty, responsibility, accountability, and wholeness. On this path we find significance, purpose, and destiny.
